Insurance

医疗诊所 has established contracts with many major health insurance plans. Students with these insurance plans can have their charges billed directly by presenting a valid insurance card with policy information.

If you do not have insurance or have a plan we are unable to bill directly, 你负责收费. After you have paid for your charges at the 医疗诊所, you may be able to submit the charges to your insurance company for reimbursement. 如有疑问请澳门威尼斯人娱乐城.

The 医疗诊所 charges a $15 missed-appointment fee to patients who miss more than two appointments. If circumstances prevent you from keeping an appointment, a phone call to cancel can help you avoid incurring the fee. 健康保险公司不支付这笔费用.

• You may call our cashier and request that your bill be sent to the business office to be added to your other university charges. (A hold may be placed on registration until the bill is paid.) This request will need to be made each time you receive a message.
• You may call the cashier to request a paper bill be mailed to you at whatever address you provide. This  request will need to be made each time you receive an email.

If you do not pay your bill or make payment arrangements before it is due, the St. 云州 Business Office will be notified and you will be charged a $20 late fee. The bill will be added to your University account and you will not be allowed to register for future classes, or receive a transcript or grades until your bill has been paid.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations do not permit the 医疗诊所 to send or email bills to anyone other than the student.

• Brand-name prescriptions: patient pays a $15 co-payment, 100% of the rest of the cost is covered.
• Automatic refill, text reminders and mail service for your prescriptions are available.

• This is an illness and injury plan with preventive care benefits.
